The Program has no agents. There is no contract with the Program. All licensed insurance agents should be willing to assist any property owner in getting a quote, completing an application and processing through to the Program. There is no binding authority granted to agents and coverage becomes effective when the completed application, photo’s and first installment passes underwriting approval.

Producers are paid 15% on new business and 10% on renewal business for both residential and commercial policies. Payments and charge back invoices are processed on the first business day of each month barring unforeseen circumstances.
